| RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
Our client has a short term Temp role for an HR Generalist – experienced with Employee Relations in a Manufacturing Environment. Hourly rate $30.00 – $32.00
o 100% onsite
o Manufacturing plant environment
o Supports a large, complex workforce (900–1,000 employees) operating 24/7

o Senior Generalist
o 4 HR Coordinators
o Training Manager
Core Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)
Time Breakdown
• ~60% Employee Relations
• ~40% HR Administration / Operations

Employee Relations (Major Focus)
• Acts as frontline HR support for employees
• Handles lower- to mid-level employee relations issues, including:
o Attendance management
o Coaching conversations
o Policy violations (non-complex)
• Requires strong interpersonal skills working with an hourly manufacturing workforce
• Emphasis on:
o Professional judgment
o Calm, respectful coaching
o Positive conflict resolution

HR Operations / Administration
Systems & Tools
• Must be comfortable navigating HR systems, though Workday/UKG experience is not mandatory
Processes Supported
• New hire onboarding (HR side)
• Employee offboarding (especially IT-related steps)
• Payroll/timekeeping support
• Maintaining accurate HR records

• Minimal Data entry is expected, Reports are auto-generated via dashboard

Work Schedule & Onsite Expectations
• Standard Hours:
o Preferred: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
o Some flexibility (+/- ~1 hour)
• Office Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Overtime: Minimal to none (intentionally managed)
• Lunch: Flexible; onsite hot food cafeteria available
