The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a High-End Retail Sales Associate  to work at a company located in the  Palm Beach, FL area!

$50K-$65K per year 
Requirements of position



Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail boutique sales. Preference is for boutique versus department store experience.
  2. Experience selling fine jewelry is a strong preference
  3. Proven ability to close sales and help achieve store goals while maintaining professionalism and authenticity.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a genuine team player who values collaboration and shared success.
  5. Success depends on teamwork
  6. we have a collaborative culture, not a commission-based
  7. Availability to work weekends in Palm Beach
  8. Highly reliable and punctual
  9. Self-motivated and organized
  10. Willing to learn about new product lines, including developing expertise in jewelry 
  11. Able to lift/move up to 30 lbs

 Preferred Experience:
  1. Working knowledge of retail store/online sales technology (e.g. Shopify Point of Sale)
  2. Four-year college degree preferred
  3. Ability to work in different locations during the off-season is a plus
  4. Part-time option available
  5. Must work weekends

 Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Sales Associate with a background in luxury retail and fine jewelry. The ideal candidate has a refined eye for design, an appreciation for craftsmanship, and a warm, sophisticated approach to client service.

 Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional, personalized service to clients and build lasting relationships Demonstrate expert knowledge of fine jewelry and artisanal collections
Confidently close sales and contribute to achieving store goals.
Drive sales through thoughtful client outreach and in-store engagement
Maintain store presentation, displays, and inventory standards 
Support trunk shows, events, and seasonal promotions.
Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive, supportive, and goal-oriented environment.
Learn about and maintain fluency regarding product lines, including fine jewelry training
Process all POS transactions accurately and efficiently 
Assist with operational and back-of-house activities
Willing and able to lift and/or move merchandise
Comply with all store policies and procedures
