Requirements of position
· Spanish-speaking (required)
· General maintenance experience (handyman-type skillset)
· Basic knowledge of plumbing and/or electrical work
· Comfortable assisting with miscellaneous facility-related tasks
· Ability to use basic tools.
· Valid work authorization documents for employment in the country and a clean criminal record.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
