| Guest Services Attendant – Residential Dining
The Guest Services Attendant is the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, providing information on meal plans and pricing, processing transactions, and offering directions or guidance within the facility. This role also communicates and upholds dining guidelines, such as dine-in policies, while ensuring a positive and seamless guest experience. In addition, the Guest Services Attendant may occasionally be assigned dining room attendant duties, such as maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, restocking stations, and supporting overall guest satisfaction.
