| JobSquad is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Grinder I operators. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with Centerless Twin Grip machines, ensuring high-quality parts are produced efficiently and safely. If you take pride in precision, enjoy a team-oriented environment, and want to grow in manufacturing, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred, or 1–3 months of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and interpret work rules, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Ability to meet expectations for data entry, production, safety, and quality standards.
Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions and apply common sense understanding.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Reliable attendance and the ability to report to your workstation “work ready” and stay through the end of your shift.

| Responsibilities of position

| Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor Centerless Twin Grip machines to keep production running smoothly.
Load and secure workpieces using proper methods and adjust machine settings as needed.
Inspect finished parts using gauges and measuring tools, documenting results accurately.
Perform rework on parts when required to maintain quality standards.
Conduct routine equipment checks and maintenance, keeping machines clean and operational.
Complete production records and track machine output against schedules.
Assist in training Loaders and provide feedback to supervisors on production flow.
