Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable General Laborer to join our team. You will do manual tasks to help keep our job site running smoothly. To do this job well, you must be physically strong and comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather. This is a temporary position working on a project lasting up to 3 months.
Key Duties
- Work outside on active job sites every day.
- Move materials around the work area.
- Clean up trash and debris from the site.
- Load and unload trucks with tools and supplies.
- Use basic hand tools and equipment.
- Help other team members with physical tasks.
- Follow all safety rules to keep everyone safe.
Skills and Requirements
- Must lift at least 60 lbs without help.
- Able to work outside in extreme heat and cold.
- Ready to face changing outdoor elements daily.
- Able to stand and walk for long periods.
- Good at following verbal and written rules.
- Must be on time and reliable every day.
- No prior experience is needed for this role.
