· Ability to work in a team and take directions from supervisors
· Must always be safety-conscious
· Prior construction or general labor experience preferred but not required
· Ability to work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM schedule

This role also includes organizing materials, pulling inventory, and supporting general yard and production operations as needed.
