 General labor – Packaging 

Position Location

 Goshen, IN 

 

Pay/hours for position

 $16/hr, 2nd or 3rd shift (varies)

Requirements of position

 Join a leading automotive manufacturing company in Goshen as a General Laborer in packaging. This is a fast-paced environment where efficiency and attention to detail are key. Shifts vary and may include evenings or nights.

·  Must be open to working 2nd or 3rd shifts

·  Ability to stand and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

·  No steel-toe boots required

·  Reliable attendance and punctuality

·  Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team

·  Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging is a plus but not required

 

 

 

 

Responsibilities of position

 

·  Assist in packaging automotive parts and materials efficiently

·  Inspect products for quality and proper packaging

·  Maintain a clean and organized work area

·  Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

·  Work quickly and accurately to meet production goals

·  Support team members as needed
