| We are currently hiring General Labor / Production Associates for a manufacturing company in the Elkhart and Goshen area. This company produces insulation materials used in vehicles. This is a fast-paced production environment with opportunities for growth and consistent hours. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and move throughout the entire shift
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Must be dependable and have good attendance
Ability to work overtime, including weekends when needed
Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus, but not required |

| Package finished products according to company standards
Operate and monitor production machinery
Load and unload materials
Inspect products for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist in other production tasks as assigned
