| A Furniture Sprayer (or Spray Painter) applies paints, varnishes, lacquers, and stains to furniture using spray equipment to achieve a high-quality, smooth finish.
Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in furniture finishing, painting, or operating spray equipment. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of different types of wood finishes, paints, and stains. Attention to Detail: Ability to achieve flawless finishes and identify defects. Physical Stamina: Capability to stand for long periods, lift, and perform repetitive movements.

| Responsibilities of position
|

|
| Key responsibilities include preparing surfaces (sanding, cleaning), mixing finishes, operating spray guns, and maintaining equipment. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and knowledge of coating materials.
Preparation: Sanding, cleaning, masking, and priming furniture surfaces (wood, metal, plastic) to ensure proper adhesion.
Applying Finishes: Operating pneumatic spray guns to apply lacquer, varnish, stain, or paint to furniture pieces according to specifications. Mixing/Color Matching: Mixing coatings, stains, and lacquers to achieve desired colors and finishes. Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning, troubleshooting, and repairing spray guns and tools. Quality Control: Inspecting finished products to ensure consistency, quality, and a defect-free appearance. Safety Compliance: Adhering to OSHA regulations, using proper PPE (masks, respirators), and maintaining a clean work environment.
