We are currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a fast-paced warehouse facility in Hanover Township, PA. This is a great opportunity for dependable candidates seeking long-term employment with a stable company.
Pay & Schedule
1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM — $19.00/hr
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM — $20.50/hr
3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM — $20.75/hr
Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM — $21.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
- Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Perform inventory movements and order fulfillment tasks
- Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and productivity standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent forklift experience
- Experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Previous experience in a high-volume warehouse environment preferred
- Experience using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Strong attendance and reliability record
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- English proficiency required for safety, training, and communication purposes
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
