Requirements:
  • Proven forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in various climate conditions.

Job Summary
 We are seeking a safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team. The primary goal of this role is the efficient movement of inventory while maintaining a zero-accident environment. You will be responsible for operating industrial vehicles to load, unload, and stack materials in accordance with strict safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
  • Safe Operation: Navigate sit-down/stand-up forklifts through high-traffic zones, adhering to facility speed limits and right-of-way rules.
  • Inspection & Maintenance: Conduct mandatory pre-shift equipment inspections and document any mechanical defects or safety concerns.
  • Load Integrity: Ensure all palletized goods are stable and secured before transport to prevent product damage or workplace hazards.
  • Environmental Awareness: Maintain 360-degree situational awareness, utilizing horns at intersections and following pedestrian safety guidelines.
