Job Title: Forklift Driver
Job Location: Fayetteville
Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: Up to $18/hr, Mon-Fri 7AM-4PM
Position Summary
The primary function of this role is to efficiently load, unload, stack, and move freight—including meat, produce, and other cold-storage goods—throughout the warehouse. Operators use specialized equipment while adhering strictly to OSHA and food-safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse
- Maintain proper documentation and inventory records
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements:
Environment: Work in temperature-controlled or sub-zero freezer environments
Physical Demands: Stand or walk for long shifts, mount/dismount equipment frequently, and lift/rebuild product manually (often handling weights from 55 up to 75–80 lbs.)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED, plus basic warehouse or forklift operation experience.
