| Work on assigned production line (live hang, evisceration, debone, cut-up, trim, or packaging) Inspect poultry products for quality and remove defects Weigh, package, and label finished products accurately Maintain production speed to meet daily quotasFollow all food safety, USDA, and HACCP guidelines Adhere to PPE requirements (hairnets, gloves, aprons, safety glasses, etc.) |

| Qualifications:Previous food production or manufacturing experience Ability to work in refrigerated conditions Strong attendance and reliability record Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Work Environment/Physical RequirementsCold and wet environment (typically 35–45°F in processing areas) Standing for long periods (8–10+ hours) Repetitive hand motions and lifting (up to 40 lbs.) Exposure to raw poultry products Fast-paced, team-oriented settingFrequent standing, bending, lifting, and reachingRepetitive hand and arm movements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in cold temperatures |
