✅ Qualifications 

• Previous experience as a Line Lead / Team Lead in food or manufacturing production 

• Experience leading high-volume production teams 

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills 

• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards 

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred 

• Ability to lead by example and motivate teams 

Responsibilities of position 

🧩 Position Summary 

A Food Lab  is seeking an experienced Bilingual Team Line Lead to oversee high-volume food manufacturing production lines. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can lead by example, motivate teams, and help build a strong production culture. 

The Team Line Lead will manage 8–10 associates per line, support daily production goals, and play a key role in team development and hiring. 

🛠 Key Responsibilities 

Production & Line Leadership 

• Lead, assign, and coordinate line staff to meet daily production schedules and output goals 

• Monitor line performance, workflow, and staffing for efficiency 

• Ensure proper setup, operation, and shutdown of high-volume production machines 

• Troubleshoot minor production issues and escalate mechanical or quality concerns 

Quality, Food Safety & Compliance 

• Enforce GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards at all times 

• Verify correct product, packaging, labeling, and lot coding 

• Perform and document in-process quality checks and line clearances 

• Ensure all SOPs and work instructions are followed 

Team Oversight & Training 

• Train new and existing employees on procedures, safety, and quality standards 

• Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback 

• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work culture 

• Assist heavily in the hiring and onboarding process 

Safety & Housekeeping 

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area (5S standards) 

• Enforce PPE and safety procedures 

• Report safety hazards, incidents, and near misses immediately 

Documentation & Communication 

• Complete production logs, downtime reports, and shift documentation 

• Communicate production status and issues to supervisors and cross-functional teams 

• Assist with shift handoffs and production meetings
