Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Lead or Supervisor in the food industry (required)
- Bilingual – Spanish required (must), English preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
- Experience working in fast-paced production or manufacturing settings
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations
- Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working long hours, overtime, and weekends as needed
- Basic computer skills (production reporting, data entry, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in packaging, protein bars, snacks, or similar food products
- Knowledge of production equipment and troubleshooting
- Previous experience with production metrics and KPI tracking
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Frequent lifting, bending, and repetitive movements
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (production/cold areas)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Line Lead to oversee daily production line operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring productivity, maintaining quality standards, and enforcing food safety and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise production line staff to meet daily production goals
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Monitor product quality, packaging, and labeling accuracy
- Coordinate line setup, changeovers, and workflow efficiency
- Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, QA, and warehouse teams
- Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times
- Complete production reports and documentation accurately
