Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily fleet operations, focusing on optimal performance, safety, and efficiency
- Monitor and track shift activities including vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and upcoming fleet needs
- Plan and dispatch vehicles based on real-time and forecasted demand (hourly, daily, and weekly)
- Coordinate vehicle transfers between locations to support seamless operations
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate and efficient vehicle dispatching and inventory management
Required Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED required; at least 1 year of administrative experience in an office setting. Experience in automotive dealerships, vehicle registration, or the car rental industry is a plus
- Computer Skills: Basic navigation proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage fleet inventory, repair timelines, documentation, and work orders
- Licensing: Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Work Flexibility: Able to work a 40-hour week, including evening or weekend shifts; willingness to travel 5–10% of the time, occasionally by air
- Appearance & Language: Comfortable wearing a company uniform; multilingual abilities are a plus
