Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused professional to join our DOT Compliance & Safety team. This role is primarily communication-driven, with approximately 95% of the time spent coordinating rental trucks via phone and messaging platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for drivers and rental agencies to coordinate and schedule rental trucks.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with DOT safety standards and documentation requirements.
• Maintain and update driver qualification records and compliance systems in accordance with DOT regulations.
Pay Rate: $20 - $24/hr.
