Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Pay/hours for position

 $24.00 per hour 

Requirements of position

- English and Spanish are required.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

- Valid driver’s license.

- 5+ years of experience in Facilities maintenance.

- Supervisory skills

- Previous knowledge of engine mechanics, electrical parts, plumbing, and related functions required.

- Able to lift min. 50 lbs.

- Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Project management skills to plan, organize, and execute facility projects.

- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing equipment.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with group members, vendors, and contractors.

- Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.

 

 

 

Responsibilities of position

- Coordinates maintenance activities with and for the Maintenance team to ensure efficient operation of the facilities.

- Conducts regular inspections of the facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.

- Develops and implements preventive maintenance programs with and for the Maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime.

- Schedules maintenance and repair of equipment as needed.

- Collaborates with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services. - Creates and implements a preventive maintenance schedule with and for the Maintenance team for all machinery based on manufacturer’s recommendations.

- Requests quotes from outside contractors for improvements and repairs and presents to Facilities Leader.

- Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities and schedules, including work orders and inventories, to report to Facilities Leader.
