The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Facilities Maintenance to work at a company located in the Gravette, AR area!

Pay/hours for position + Benefits





 
This position would start at $15/hourly but would be based on experience. Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm 
 






 
 
Requirements of position






 
 
 
  1. General handyman experience is required, including knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and building trades.
  2. Experience with the general repair and maintenance of buildings and grounds, including the maintenance and repair of plumbing and electrical systems.
  3. High school diploma or GED preferred. 
  4. 1+ years of related general repair experience preferred.
  5. Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. 
  6. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (if needed).
  7. Demonstrated commitment to always maintaining safety while on the job.
 
 
 
 
 
 






 
Responsibilities of position








 
Position Summary
The Facilities Maintenance position is responsible for the overall effective operation and upkeep of client’s facilities. This hands-on role involves performing a variety of indoor and outdoor general maintenance duties and completing assigned work orders. Core responsibilities include conducting monthly safety checks, performing essential plumbing, HVAC, and electrical repairs, and providing support for general cleaning and special event preparations.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Indoor and outdoor facilities maintenance.
  2. Perform monthly maintenance and safety checks in buildings, machinery, and equipment.
  3. Perform plumbing, HVAC and electrical repairs.
  4. Assist with general cleaning as needed.
  5. Assist with setting up special events or luncheons.
