Job Title 

EPA Certified Tester 

Position Location 

Pompano Beach, FL 33069 

Pay/hours for position 

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30AM – 3:00PM; possible OT and Saturdays. 

Pay: $19.74/hour; Full-time 

Requirements of position 

Qualifications and experience: 

 
• Must be mechanically inclined and good with hand tools.
• Must have knowledge of basic electricity and be familiar with AC and DC components
• Computer knowledge a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• EPA certification
• Communicate clearly using written and verbal skills, fluent in English.

Responsibilities of position 

Summary: 

Performs repetitive work station operations to test completed units to ensure that all components function properly prior
to being packaged. 

Main responsibilities: 

 
• Operates A/C units to confirm they function properly.
• Uses diagnostic equipment to trouble shoot and correct problems if they exist.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety
regulations.
• Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
• Follow all safety rules, ISO requirements and build units to the highest standard of quality.
