Job Title: Entry-Level Inspector
 Location: Cheshire, CT
 Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Overtime occasionally available)
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Aerospace Inspector. In this role, you will ensure the quality and accuracy of aerospace components while following established inspection protocols. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the aerospace industry and develop valuable skills.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect incoming and in-process aerospace parts for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
  • Perform visual inspections, measurements, and documentation of parts using standard tools and equipment.
  • Identify and report any defects, discrepancies, or non-conformance issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and communicate findings to supervisors.
  • Follow company safety standards, quality procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist with training and development opportunities as needed.
 
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude or prior experience in manufacturing/inspection is a plus.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a structured, fast-paced environment.
