| ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum 6 months experience working with machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Very good mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
• Ability to read and follow directions, complete paperwork and communicate effectively in English
• Basic math skills
• Ability to concentrate and focus on task under stressful and/or distracting conditions
• Strong team player; good interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with high level of motivation
• Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to changes
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Must be able to wear required PPE: safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing protection, dust mask as
needed
• Standing continuously during shift
• Repetitive use of both hands; occasional reaching
• Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally; push/pull up to 200 lbs with hand pallet jack.
• Wear sanitary gear such as hairnet, beard guard, gloves

| Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
| ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Daily SAFE operation of production line
2. Perform set up and changeover of production machines as well as making necessary adjustments
during operation.
3. Troubleshoot and assist maintenance personnel in repairs of machines and equipment.
4. Clean and lubricate equipment according to written SOP’s.
5. Followa MCPRs(Master compression and Packaging Records) as written
6. Perform in-process testing as needed to ensure product quality is within established limits.
7. Take ownership and be accountable for the quality of all work produced.
8. Transport of bulk powders and packaging materials from warehouse to production area.
9. Complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely, which includes, but is not limited to, batch
records and equipment usage logs.
10. Maintain a clean and orderly work area; promote safe working conditions.
11. Perform all work in accordance with established Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and
Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
12. Work as a team member; be cooperative with all departments and staff to meet company
objectives.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
