The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Energy Application Processor (Remote) to work at a company located in the Jackson, MI area!

Energy Application Processor (Remote)

Pay/hours for position





Payrate: $18/hr 
 
Shift: 8am-5pm (Eastern) Monday through Friday
*Overtime as needed
 
Short Term: 45 days
 
Requirements of position




Skills and Qualifications: 
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required 
  2. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel 
  3. Data entry experience with a high level of accuracy (45–50 WPM preferred) 
  4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills 
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  7. Comfortable working in a repetitive, deadline-driven environment 
  8. Ability to sit for extended periods
  9. Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Previous experience in data processing, administrative support, or back-office operations 
  2. Experience working in a high-volume or performance-based environment 
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 
Responsibilities of position





Responsibilities: 
  1. Review and process energy efficiency applications for accuracy and eligibility 
  2. Perform detailed data entry and maintain accurate records 
  3. Finalize applications and assist with processing incentive payments 
  4. Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat 
  5. Communicate with applicants, homeowners, and contractors to resolve application issues 
  6. Track, analyze, and verify data to ensure compliance with program requirements 
  7. Meet daily productivity and quality goals in a high-volume environment 
  8. Support additional administrative and back-office tasks as needed
 
Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Energy Application Processor to join a fast-paced, customer-focused team. In this role, you will review and process energy efficiency applications, ensuring accuracy, eligibility, and timely completion. You’ll interact with customers and program participants while supporting both front-end communication and back-office operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, high-volume environment, enjoys working with data, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality results.
