$21/hour 7am-3:30pm

The Electrical Assembler installs, repairs, and modifies electrical and electro-mechanical systems on rail vehicles. This role works on systems such as train controls, brakes, lighting, doors, communications, air conditioning, and power systems. Responsibilities: Install and assemble electrical and electro-mechanical components on rail vehicles. Repair and modify systems using engineering instructions. Test and troubleshoot electrical issues using measuring and diagnostic tools. Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and work orders. Work with mechanics, engineers, and production teams to complete projects. Document completed work and follow safety procedures. Disassemble and repair electrical and mechanical components when needed. Requirements: 2+ years of electrical assembly or related experience, preferably in transportation or rail. Experience with low and high voltage systems, relay logic, and troubleshooting tools. Ability to use hand tools, testing equipment, and precision measuring tools. Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
