- Proven experience in e-commerce warehouse operations and supervision.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise with warehouse management systems (WMS) and e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for high-value product handling.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Overseeing daily e-commerce warehouse operations: Managing receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping processes for goods.
- Leading and developing a team: Supervising, training, and mentoring warehouse staff to ensure productivity, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
- Ensuring efficient order fulfillment: Coordinating with other departments to optimize order processing and delivery, meeting client service level agreements (SLAs), according to Teal.
- Implementing and optimizing workflows: Identifying process flaws, implementing improvements, and utilizing data analysis to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Ensuring safety and security: Developing and enforcing safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, and employing security measures for high-value items.
- Managing vendor relationships: Coordinating with vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries and addressing any invoice disputes.
- Reporting and communication: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), generating reports, and communicating with management on progress, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
