 Dispatcher / Transportation Assistant (Night Shift)

Cold Storage / Produce Distribution
A growing company in the cold storage and produce distribution industry is hiring a Dispatcher / Transportation Assistant for the night shift.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment during overnight hours.
 
Pay Rate:
  • $18 per hour 
 
Schedule:
  • Sunday – Thursday 
  • Start time: 8:00 PM (night shift) 
 
Location:
  • Medley, FL 33178
 
Requirements:
  • Bilingual: English & Spanish (REQUIRED) 
  • Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or warehouse support preferred 
  • Cold storage or produce experience is a plus 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure 
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry) 
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently 
 
Additional Requirement:
  • Clean background required

Responsibilities of position








 Job Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and dispatch drivers for pick-ups and deliveries 
  • Coordinate routes and track shipment status 
  • Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers 
  • Ensure timely delivery of refrigerated produce 
  • Maintain accurate transportation logs and records 
  • Perform data entry and daily reporting 
  • Resolve delivery issues quickly and professionally 
  • Support transportation and warehouse operations as needed
