A fast-growing company in the cold storage and produce distribution industry is looking for a Dispatcher / Transportation Assistant to join their team on the day shift.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.
 
Pay Rate:
  • $17 per hour 
 
Schedule:
  • Monday – Saturday 
  • 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM 
 
Location:
  • Medley, FL 33178 
 
Requirements:
  • Bilingual: English & Spanish (REQUIRED) 
  • Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or warehouse support preferred 
  • Cold storage or produce industry experience is a plus 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry) 
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and team player 
 
Additional Requirements:
  • Clean background required

Responsibilities of position








Job Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and dispatch drivers for pick-ups and deliveries 
  • Coordinate routes and track shipment status 
  • Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers 
  • Ensure timely delivery of refrigerated produce 
  • Maintain accurate transportation logs and records 
  • Perform data entry and daily reporting 
  • Resolve delivery issues quickly and professionally
