A growing company in the cold storage and produce distribution industry is hiring a Dispatcher / Transportation Assistant for the night shift.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment during overnight hours.
Pay Rate:
$18 per hour
Schedule:
Sunday – Thursday
Start time: 8:00 PM (night shift)

Requirements:
Bilingual: English & Spanish (REQUIRED)
Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or warehouse support preferred
Cold storage or produce experience is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Additional Requirement:
Clean background required

Responsibilities of position
Job Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch drivers for pick-ups and deliveries
Coordinate routes and track shipment status
Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers
Ensure timely delivery of refrigerated produce
Maintain accurate transportation logs and records
Perform data entry and daily reporting
Resolve delivery issues quickly and professionally
Support transportation and warehouse operations as needed
