- Previous experience in dispatch, transportation, logistics, or warehouse support preferred
- Experience in cold storage or produce industry is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
