The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Die Cast Operator to work at a company located in the Twinsburg, OH area!
Job Title: Die Cast Operator
Job Location: Twinsburg, OH
Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $17/ hr/ 7 AM- 3 PM OR 11 PM- 7 AM
Job Description:
? Follow prescribed Safety Regulations and immediately report any unsafe conditions to the Safety Coordinator.
? Ability to follow instructions, read and understand Attribute Sheets, gages, Work Instructions, set up sheets etc.
? Perform daily paperwork requirements and fill out timecards accurately.
? Ability to identify defects and understand the level of quality that the customer demands.
? Report any machine problems to supervisor immediately.
? Maintain housekeeping for machine and area at the end of your shift or before moving to another operation.
? Understand CNC machine fundamentals and basic operation including offset and tooling changes.
? Performs daily maintenance on machines. (i.e.-coolant, lube levels, remove and replace chip containers properly, etc.)
? Efficiently keep machine running and production consistent.
? Quality Policy Awareness and compliance with the company’s employee handbook policies and procedures.
? Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
