Responsibilities:
• Data entry of test details and task scheduling across multiple systems
• Set up evaluation reports so that service results can be recorded
• Generate test documentation, either virtually or in print, for operations
• File, virtually and physically, test documentation, as needed
• Provide timely communication of systems errors and follow-up on open items
Experience/Requirements:
• High degree of experience in Data Entry, both in Excel and in other Management Software Systems
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Desired Skills:
• Highly skilled use of Excel – ability to generate Pivot Tables, utilize Excel Formulas, etc.
• Experience in Beta Testing/Software Testing and effectively communicating issues and bugs
