The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Data Collector to work at a company located in the Milford, PA area!
Job Title: Data Collector
Job Location: Milford, PA
Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $18.00 per hour, eligible for increase after 90 days, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, Mileage reimbursement, Career training, 401(k) plan with employer match, Health, Dental & Vision insurance, Paid time off
Responsibilities
• Accurately verify, gather and record the physical description of real estate properties
• Submit regular reports to track progress against assigned work
• Serve as public-facing representative of the reassessment, always maintaining professional communication and appearance
Qualifications
• Located in, or near, Pike County, PA. Reliable transportation to/from working location
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Bending, stretching, and kneeling may be required during property inspections
• Ability to climb stairs and carry 5-10 lbs of equipment
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods of time, in all seasons/weather
• Effective verbal communication; the ability to put at ease members of the public who ask questions regarding a property visit
• Ability to work a 40-hour work week
• Valid driver’s license
• Real estate experience a plus
• Census, mail carrier or delivery experience a plus
License/Certification:
• Driver's license (Required)
• CPE license a plus
