Job Location: Remote
Pay and Hours for Job + Benefits: $16.50/hr
First Shift: 8am-5pm CST (9am-6pm EST), Monday through Friday
Job Description: We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our
Team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. In this role, team members support customers and program participants through application processing, customer service, and
administrative support within a fast-paced, paperless environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide inbound and outbound customer support via phone and online
- chat
- Assist customers, homeowners, and contractors with application questions
- and troubleshooting
- Perform high-volume data entry and back-office processing
- Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment
- Analyze information, resolve issues, and recommend solutions
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team
- Typing speed of 40–50 WPM required
- Previous customer service, administrative, or data processing experience
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings.
