Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm

Requirements of position
|
|
|
|
|
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Eligible to work in the US and pass TSA background check
- Must be able to read, write and clearly communicate with poise and confidence in English over the phone and in person with customers, vendors and staff
- Bilingual or Multi-lingual skills (preferred)

|
Responsibilities of position
|
|
|
|
|
|
- Ensure successful movement of cargo
- Prioritize the work flow for cargo movements to insure customer and vendor satisfaction.
- Insure the timely movement of cargo from origin to destination to fulfill customer's instructions and insure procedures for Laking bookings are followed at all times
- Coordinate with customs brokers to obtain release documents in a timely manner to maximize productivity of the warehouse.
- Process claim paperwork timely and accurately with carriers
- Verify on-boards and forward necessary correspondence to customers.
- Check vendors and customers in at dock office in a professional manner.
- Complete responsibilities for all accounting related functions to achieve goals.
