$16/hour starting pay
$17/hour upon direct hire
$18/hour after 6 months of total service
$1.00/hour bilingual differential (English/Spanish)
First Shift: 8:30am-5pm, Monday through Friday
Job Description: We are seeking friendly and professional Customer Care Call Center Representatives to join our team in Jackson, MI. In this role, you will communicate with consumers and authorized third parties to help resolve account balances, establish payment arrangements, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with consumers.
- Explain account information and discuss payment options.
- Negotiate payment arrangements within company guidelines.
- Accurately document account activity and maintain consumer records.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with all policies and regulations.
- Meet individual and team performance goals.
- Collaborate with supervisors and fellow team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior call center or customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to actively listen, negotiate, and problem-solve.
- Basic computer, typing, internet, and email skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
