| The Point of Sale (POS) Agent reviews approved customer service cases in need of a refund and processes them utilizing the register. If errors are found, you will send back invalid or incomplete cases to the Risk Support Team. You will conduct preliminary investigations to find missing refund information. This role serves a vital part in completing the customer service journey.

Review the approved refund cases placed in a queue and process the refund using the Point of Sale (POS) register.
● Assist with processing gift card cases and sending out physical gift cards to customers (5%)
● Serve an important role as the last person to review refund requests and spot errors that could have a negative impact on the customer experience
|
| Required Qualifications (Minimum Requirements):
● Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field (Finance Graduate)
● 0-6 Month of Call Center/Register Experience – Preferably
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good listening skills.
● Ability to stay calm under pressure.
● Understanding of credit card fraud.
● Strong sense of urgency to complete work quickly and accurately.
● Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
● Strong aptitude for learning new technologies.
● Attention to detail.
● Good understanding of testing methodologies and testing processes.
