- Proven experience in woodworking and cabinet building within a shop environment
- Strong understanding of cabinet construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and work from shop drawings and specifications
- Skilled in the use of standard woodworking tools and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to use ladders as needed
- Ability to lift and move materials as required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate shop equipment safely and accurately, including sliding table saw, table saw, routers, sanders, drills, nail guns, and other hand tools
- Read and interpret shop drawings and produce accurate cut lists
- Build and assemble custom cabinetry and millwork components
- Apply problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques to improve processes and product quality
- Maintain high attention to detail and craftsmanship standards
- Work independently while managing time and workflow efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
