Responsibilities of position
We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Bi-Lingual Customer Service Counter Representative to join our pool supply team. In this role, you’ll be the face of our business—interacting with customers at the counter, handling will-call orders, fielding phone inquiries, and pulling merchandise from the warehouse. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and fluent in both English and Spanish. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers at the counter in a friendly and professional manner Process will-call orders accurately and efficiently Pull and stage merchandise from the warehouse for customer pickup Answer incoming phone calls, provide product information, and assist with order inquiries Maintain a clean and organized counter and work area Assist with inventory control and restocking as needed Communicate effectively with the sales and warehouse teams Follow company safety procedures at all times Requirements: Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Previous customer service or counter sales experience preferred Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise (up to 50 lbs) Basic computer and POS system skills Strong communication and problem-solving skills Dependable with a strong work ethic Experience with pool supplies or related products is a plus, but not required
