The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Cosmetic Compounder to work at a company located in the Miami Gardens, FL area!

Cosmetic Compounder
Position Location



Miami Gardens, FL 
 Pay/hours for position




Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00 PM (With overtime)$22-28 hourly
    Requirements of position



  1. High school diploma or equivalent (Technical training preferred)
  2. 2+ years experience as a Compounder in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or cosmetic manufacturing
  3. Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
  4. Hands-on experience following Master Batch Records
  5. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical documentation and compliance
  6. Basic math skills for accurate measurement and yield calculations
  7. Ability to read and follow technical instructions in English
 Responsibilities of position




  1. Pharmaceutical Compounding & Batch Preparation
  2. Weigh and measure raw materials using calibrated scales
  3. Follow approved Master Batch Records and SOPs
  4. Compound and mix ingredients to produce pharmaceutical batches
  5. Verify lot numbers, expiration dates, and material identity before use
  6. Stage and verify materials prior to production
  7. Operate and monitor mixers, blenders, tanks, kettles, homogenizers, and compounding equipment
  8. Perform equipment setup prior to batch production
  9. Monitor mixing speeds, times, temperatures, and process parameters
  10. Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues to maintenance when needed
  11. Complete batch production records accurately and in real time
  12. Document yields, deviations, and adjustments
  13. Maintain strict adherence to GMP, FDA, and safety regulations
  14. Ensure full traceability of materials used in each batch
  15. Perform in-process quality checks
  16. Identify discrepancies and notify Quality Assurance
  17. Maintain cleanliness and organization in compliance with GMP standards
  18. Monitor raw material inventory levels
  19. Follow FIFO procedures
  20. Handle materials in accordance with MSDS and safety guidelines
  21. Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance teams
  22. Support internal and external audits
  23. Assist with training new Compounders when required
