| Requirements of the position
|

| 2 years of chemical mixing experience in quantities of 100 kilos or more
· Forklift experience: sit-down lift preferred.
· High attention to detail.
· Good math skills: All applicants interviewed will take and must pass a basic math test.
· Mechanical aptitude the ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of diaphragm pumps, electric and air agitators, etc.
· Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Must be able to consistently and routinely lift to 50 lbs. This is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to stand, walk, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift

| Responsibilities of position
Must be able to consistently and routinely lift up to 55 lbs. This is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to stand, walk, lift, push, and pull throughout the shift.
· Operate Forklift/ 55 Gallon Drum hauler.
· Need to be comfortable working around Tanks and equipment that reach temperatures up to 176°F (80°C).
· Following safety protocols and procedures related to chemical handling.
· Accurately weigh very small amounts of ingredients (tenths of a gram) to large amounts (several hundred kilos)
· Pour/pump materials into mix tanks.
· Manually control and monitor mixing temperatures via steam valves.
· Manually control and monitor agitation speeds.
· Run basic, in-process tests primarily pH but you'll also need to do visual checks.
· Pump out finished mixes into pails, drums, and totes.
· Clean and sanitize all processing vessels, utensils, pumps, etc., according to procedures.
