- Location -
- North Little Rock, Arkansas – On site. Remote work is not an option.

- Monday to Friday
- 8 hour days
- Some weekends or late days may be required with audits or inspections but will be discussed ahead of time with the Director of Compliance
- Some training days at the main office location in Ruston, LA will be required but will be discussed and arranged ahead of time
- Education Requirements –
- High School or Equivalent preferred
- Experience Requirements –
- Microsoft Office – 2 years
- LIHTC Property Management/ Compliance – 2 years
- RAD – 2 years (preferred)
- OneSite Software – 2 years (preferred)
- Section 8 Voucher Program (PBV, PBRA, HCV) – 2 years (preferred)
- Skills –
- Organization and time management are essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills while interacting with other staff members, partners and tenants
- Ability to multitask and achieve goals set forth by the Director of Compliance without in person over site
- Perform file reviews for move ins and recertification
- Maintain on site files to ensure compliance with housing finance agencies, lenders and HUD requirements
- Assist the compliance team with audit requirements and inspection preparation
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Compliance.
