The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Commercial Energy Customer Service Representative  to work at a company located in the Jackson, MI area but it's a remote position!

Shift:  Full Time: Monday–Friday
Available shifts (Eastern Standard Time):
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Requirements of position
 
Skills and Qualifications: 
  1. High school diploma or equivalent required
  2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel
  3. Strong communication and customer service skills
  4. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team
  7. Typing speed of 45–50 WPM required
  8. Previous customer service, administrative, or data processing experience 
  9. Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings.
 
Responsibilities of position
 
Responsibilities: 
  1. Review and process energy efficiency applications for accuracy and eligibility
  2. Provide inbound and outbound customer support via phone and online chat
  3. Assist customers, homeowners, and contractors with application questions and troubleshooting
  4. Perform high-volume data entry and back-office processing
  5. Maintain productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment
  6. Analyze information, resolve issues, and recommend solutions
  7. Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our Energy Efficiency Operations team. In this fully remote role, team members support customers and program participants through application processing, customer service, and administrative support within a fast-paced, paperless environment.
Responsibilities include reviewing and processing energy efficiency applications, assisting customers via phone and online communication, troubleshooting application requirements, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of work.
