 Pay rate: $28.61-30.61 depending on experience
 
Requirements of position
 
 
•          Experience setting up and running CNC and/or manual mills / lathes
•          Experience with precision measurement devices
•          Experience with blueprint reading and other technical drawings
 
 
 
Responsibilities of position
 
 
CNC MACHINIST
 
LOCATION: DOVER, OH
 
PAY RATE: $28.61-30.61
 
SHIFT: 
Afternoons: 3:25p-1:55a, Monday -Thursday (Four 10-hour shifts)
 
Job Responsibilities: 
  1. Perform necessary machining operations as outlined in job routing
  2. Use overhead crane to move parts in and out of machines
  3. Setup material, machine, and tools to perform necessary machining operations
  4. Set feed rate, speed, and depth of cut based on material, tool, and operation type to maximize equipment efficiency
  5. Use precision gauging to make offset adjustments to machines to ensure compliance to specifications detailed in job routing and blue print
  6. Check & certify gauges
  7. Extended periods of time standing and walking on concrete floors
 
Successful candidates:
  1. Experience setting up and running CNC and/or manual mills / lathes
  2. Experience with precision measurement devices
  3. Experience with blueprint reading and other technical drawings
  4. Detail oriented
  5. Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
