Key Responsibilities: - Cleaning and Sanitization: Keep the work area clean and organized, including cleaning production rooms, equipment, and tools according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Equipment Maintenance: Set up, maintain, and sanitize machines (such as tablet presses or capsule fillers).
- Production Support: Feed machines with raw material powder, monitor production, and check capsules/tablets.
- Documentation: Complete required batch record formats and sanitation logs in a timely manner.
- GMP Compliance: Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety policies at all times.
Physical Requirements and Conditions: - Physical Strength: Frequently lift, push, or roll 50- to 100-kg drums of powder, often with assistance.
- Activity: Requires frequent bending, standing, and ability to use ladders.
- Environment: Exposure to dust, airborne allergens, and food/nutritional bulk ingredients.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing experience is preferred.
