| Key Skills and Qualifications:
Cash Handling & Accuracy: Experience processing cash, checks, and credit/debit transactions with high accuracy.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to assist customers in a professional, courteous manner.
Attention to Detail: Ability to reconcile payments, verify documents, and maintain accurate financial records.
Basic Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of invoices, receipts, and basic bookkeeping is a plus.
Technical Skills: Comfort using point-of-sale systems, dealership management software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
Professionalism & Integrity: Trustworthiness with financial transactions and sensitive customer information.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently and maintain orderly records.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in retail, banking, or automotive environments.
Familiarity with dealership operations, vehicle sales, or service departments is an advantage.
