- $18.00hr
- 50. cent increase after 3 months
- After 1 year $1 increase

Requirements of position
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production and food processing.
- Ability to work in cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities of position
- Lift up to 60 lbs. safely and consistently throughout the shift.
- Work in a refrigerated environment.
- Stand, bend, twist, push, and lift continuously during the workday.
- Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including warm clothing, gloves, hearing protection, and safety-toe footwear.
- Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of the full product line and packaging specifications.
- Operate department equipment safely and effectively once trained.
- Keep production lines running efficiently by ensuring proper workflow and timely product movement.
- Examine packaging and product contents to verify conformance to company standards.
- Retrieve packaged products from blast freezers for boxing and labeling.
- Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation.
- Follow all safety, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Participate in daily stretch breaks and end-of-day department cleanup
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Work effectively and cooperatively as part of a team.
