Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm -Varies depending on building

Summary
The Casepack Clerk is responsible for the standardized boxing, weighing, labeling, and palletizing of packaged fresh and frozen smoked seafood products. This position ensures product quality, accuracy, and efficiency while maintaining compliance with all company and food safety standards.
Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
· Lift up to 60 lbs. safely and consistently throughout the shift.
· Work in a refrigerated environment.
· Stand, bend, twist, push, and lift continuously during the workday.
· Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including warm clothing, gloves, hearing protection, and safety-toe footwear.
· Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of the full product line and packaging specifications.
· Operate department equipment safely and effectively once trained.
· Keep production lines running efficiently by ensuring proper workflow and timely product movement.
· Examine packaging and product contents to verify conformance to company standards.
· Retrieve packaged products from blast freezers for boxing and labeling.
· Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation.
· Follow all safety, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
· Participate in daily stretch breaks and end-of-day department cleanup.
· Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
· Demonstrate dependability and a strong commitment to our Code of Conduct, Vision, and Core Values.
· Work effectively and cooperatively as part of a team.
