Requirements of position

Our client in Boca Raton is looking for Cabinet Production Workers / Assemblers for a temp-to-hire opportunity—a perfect chance to grow your career in manufacturing. Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred Familiarity with production equipment and machinery (a plus, but not required) Strong attention to detail, especially in identifying defects Self-motivated and hardworking Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong teamwork skills Flexibility to work shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures (hot/cold) Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 60 lbs.



Responsibilities of position
Load cabinet parts onto production lines for assembly Assemble cabinets and install hardware as required Learn and assist with doweling operations Assist with edgebanding and related production processes Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to ensure production goals and deadlines are met Assist with lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Follow all health and safety guidelines Maintain a clean and organized workstation and production floor Assist the machining department as needed
