$24-$25 per hour  
Requirements of position



  • Minimum Accounting associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred or  accounting  experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in coding various General Ledger accounts:  Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger work across multi-company environment
  • Microsoft Office Skills proficiency: Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ability to create & maintain Excel spreadsheets for various tasks
  • Experience using Quickbooks Online
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle & complete multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong command of the English language (written & verbal)
  • Notary preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, Project Managers, and various company personnel
  • Experience with AIA pay app process
 
Responsibilities of position




An established window & door company in Pinecrest seeks a highly motivated, reliable, organized, and positive accounting professional that can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  1. Experience with QUICKBOOK ONLINE ADVANCED
  2. Experience with AR (billing) and AP
  3. Excel skills, good with spreadsheets
  4. Ability to work in fast paced environment
  5. Construction experience (AIA) a plus
 
Mon. – Fri., 8:30 am – 5 p.m.
Pay:  $24.00 per hour
40 hours per week
Benefits:
Medical & Dental Insurance, company contributes 50% of employee rate
Vacation:
After 1st year: 1 week after plus 1 week personal time
After 2nd year: 2 weeks plus 1 week personal time
